연금제도의 기원과 진화를 살펴보고 공적연금과 사적연금으로 구성된 연금제도의 유형 및 향후 발전을 조망하고, 또한 연금계리의 기본을 학습하며, 개인과 기업의 연금제도의 설계를 개략적으로 학습할 수 있다.

The purpose of this course is to provide students with an understanding of the basic concept of pension renovation in the world, various retirement vehicles in pension system, and the basic technique ti calculate annity premiums. In additon, aging society and retirment issues are given in the class.
