기업 경영을 위한 의사결정 문제의 유형을 살펴보고 원가회계를 기초로 산출된 원가정보를 바탕으로 최적의 의사결정을 할 수 있는 응용 기법을 탐구한다. 이 과목에서는 경영자가 대안 탐색, 분석, 효과 비교 등을 통해 올바른 의사결정을 할 수 있는 능력을 배양할 수 있다.
교과목해설(영문)
This is an intermediate course on the managerial use of accounting data to plan and control opeations of the firm. The foucs is set on the planning, decision-marking, controling techingues used by organizations. This course also provides differential analysis that managers can apply to make decisions on resource allocation and performance evaluation.
