구조역학에서 공부한 기본 구조역학적 지식을 활용하여 구조물의 층별, 지점별 수평변위, 수직변위, side sway, 흔들림 등 실제 구조물의 구조안정 해석을 수행할 수 있는 능력을 함양한다. 이를 위하여 이론적 공부와 함께, 실제 과거의 설계 및 시공사례를 살펴보고, 실무에서 사용되고 있는 구체적 컴퓨터 프로그램을 연습한다.

Based on the Structural Mechanics, this class includes determination of internal forces and deflection in statically determinate and indeterminate trusses, beams, and frames. Several structural design examples are considered in this class.
