일반적인 채권의 발생원인과 계약의 일반적 이론을 고찰하고, 매매, 증여, 임대차, 위임, 도급 등 민법상 규정된 각종 계약의 성립요건과 효력을 구체적으로 살펴보고 법정채권관계인 사무관리, 부당이득, 불법행위를 학습한다.

This course aims for students to study causes of occurrence of obligation. In connection with contract, the students study the general theory of contract, the effects of contract, and the sorts of contract, including the contract of sale, the contract of lease, undertaking contract, etc.
